Daily notes about recovery of elements 2004-07-22 jw Opened this locus for excavation. It had been partially excavated in previous seasons. We made several pickruns in accumulation, f43, and removed several outcroppings along the N baulk. [Input: O723JW1.j]
2004-07-25 jw Finished excavating here after removing the features left at the end of the MZ16 (2003) season. Encountered a lens of small stones in the SE corner, f286, and a pit, a21, in the NW corner. This should provide a framework for excavating at the entrance to the abi in loci k11 and k21.
