A fully preserved copper alloy pin with an indented rounded head. In its current condition the majority of the piece is oxidized and encrusted with dirt. Approximately 2 cm from the point of the pin, there is a small smooth patch of surface that reveals what may been a polished piece. The head shape is slightly flattened and swelled around the point of the indentation, suggesting the head was shaped by hammering with a small blunt chisel. [Input: S828SNP1.j] |
