Stratum to which element belongs 2011-11-11cJC s665J2B
Phase to which stratum belongs 2011-11-11cJC h3lJ2B
Stratigraphic reasons 2008-3-5pC The german excavation arrived at this elevation (87.16) dating it to the akkad period. In J6, east of k100, was excavated a floor surface at this level dated to end of Akkad. Therfore f194 is dated to the Third millennium, here h35- h35MZA
Other reasons 2005-9-14mH Erosion and collapse
2011-5-16cJC Not clear if this feature is Akkadian or EDIII. According to the stratigraphy it should be in between EDIII floors but it is listed as Akkadian in preliminary analysis, plus it matches the records of the German excavation.
2011-11-21cJC This feature is one of the topmost features excavated in k100. The trench was already very deep from previous excavations, once the backfill was removed this feature was one of the first exposed. Based on the stratigraphy, it is just above the pebble pavements associated with the early EDIII but it may be contaminated. The floors in k110 to the east are also EDIII, which indicates that this feature should also belong to the EDIII. I have assigned it to this strata based on the connections to the underlying features but further excavations in k110 could help illuminate the dating of this level.
