| The theoretical framework presented here develops at its fullest the structure of the system. It is the system that is at the basis of the implementation found in the unit books. In the implementation there is, however, some simplification, as is illustrated in the chart to the right, where the left sidebar of the A16 digital book is used as an example. In the unit book, we omit the explicit distinction of typology in morphology and semiotics, and within semiotics we omit the distinction between syntax, semantics and pragmatics. We only give the titles of the categories for which we have concrete examples, in the case of A16 the built environment and the objects for morphology (there is no overview os samples in this case), and chronology and function for semiotics. |
