Back to top: Strata sequence for Unit OH2
Introduction
At the time of publication of the OH2 CD (1998) no specific strata sequence was assigned to the materials. During the reworking of the data in 2011-2014 the finds were assigned to strata from the newly developed JPD sequence. The JPD sequence concieved during the September/October 2011 study season. The JPD sequence was further revised during the October 2012 study season. The final version of the JPD is found in the MZ book.
The OH2 finds have many similarities with finds from Temple BA and have been assigned to phases relating to that period of occupation at the site. This may be subject to further revision in the future.
