Stratigraphy

Phase 3n (Stratum 640) was the first floor to cover the earliest escarpment, ^esc1, excavated to date. First noticed in a probe to determine the base of the revetment wall, f274, it was later exposed to a fuller extent as f278.

Typology

Dating was confirmed by analysis of ceramic vessels found in these accumulations.
