Phase 7s (Stratum 130) is the earliest late Mittani stratum excavated. In this time period, the newly constructed monumental entrance and plaza were in active. The most notable aspect is that accumulations (f45 for example) immediately built up in the plaza and were not removed. Rather, it appears that they were leveled, then built up again. In the process, the stairway (f21) was covered step-by-step.
